Commonly asked questions by dog owners
No. Once you have attended the joining and welcome talk (held each Sunday at 10:15), you may then attend weekly classes.
Generally all members of the family who are likely to be involved in training the dog are welcome to attend this first session, even if they are not all eventually members.
All dogs must be vaccinated at least to C4 level. C5 is encouraged.
Proof of this will be required to be sighted before your dog may participate in classes.
Dogs of all ages are welcome to attend classes but must be fully vaccinated.
On any Sunday morning Obedience training will be cancelled if the forecast maximum temperature for that day is to be 35'C or over (See BOM Adelaide weather for forecasts).
On any Sunday morning Obedience training will be modified when the temperature is 32'C, 33'C or 34'C as shown on latest BOM Adelaide hourly temperature. The 9:30 and 10:15 classes will run in modified form while the 11AM class will be cancelled, and those participants in the cancelled class are invited to attend an earlier timeslot.
Any Sunday where heavy constant rain has been falling, rendering the grounds unsafe, training will be cancelled.
